Searched this food truck out before we got to Carlsbad. We like Hole in the wall places & Food Trucks and search them out in our travels all over the USA. Super friendly guy running this local Food Truck. Plenty of choices on the menu too ! My wife got the Bacon Burger & fries and I went for the Chicago Dog & fries. Both were really good and filling ! We left stuffed & happy
